 C.O. has owned his own business, performing high end repairs and remodels, for over 10 years.    In a business that relies on referrals, he is proud that his high end clients have kept him working full time due to his exacting standards and attention to detail.  Previous to owning his own business, C.O. ‘s background included working as Chief of Operations for a start up company, supervising a large outdoor music venue, and supervising operations of a 300 acre private property.  In his capacity as a property supervisor, he handled the business interests of the owners, and took care of extensive grounds and buildings, upkeep of the airstrip, house maintenance, repair & cleaning.  His skills include carpentry, plumbing, electrical, personnel supervision, and personable communications skills.  He works successfully with property management companies and homeowners to handle a wide variety of commercial and residential remodels, repairs and upgrades.   This business requires a high level of communications skills to work effectively with someone in their home over an extended period.   

Joan’s background is in high level administrative positions.   Corporate executives and department heads have relied on her skill, finesse, discretion and intelligence to lead departments and people to many successes.   Currently she owns her own business offering support services to small business, including marketing, promotions, administration, website building and business strategy support.   In addition, she manages accounting & client relations for C.O.’s business.   Joan has also owned her own cleaning & pool maintenance service.    When she has time, Joan offers Mind Body Spirit fitness practices to individuals and groups.
